24 hour fitness- met with a personal trainer, killed my legs, according to calipers i have 12.9 body fat
napped
picked up jamella with matt
great wall- jamellas dentist is there
ikea- got an end table, ate swedish meatballs, also got a wok
drove local via matt aka gps with my old iphone
frys- got a wireless keyboard and mouse to use with the bigscreen
target- looked at lamps decided to go to bed bath and beyond
drove 405, 520, accidentally exited on montlake instead of getting onto 5
bed bath and beyond northgate- got a lamp
target northgate- had to get lightbulb, found equal lamp for cheaper
bed bath and beyond- returned lamp
home- puppy is no longer a puppy, little red stains everywhere
put together lamp and table and used wireless stuff
watched paul blart mall cop
watched the office
watched pineapple express
today was awesome

ups and downs

i'll be completely honest, i was getting concerned with the way i had been feeling lately with life and with jamella. But i figured out with help from a coworker that my small insecurities with life right now were what were causing me to overthink my relationship security. Things are good for me now, i'm back to happy go lucky and am happy to be where i'm at with jamella. My big two three if now officially a day away and i get to go to the huskies game thanks to lib. Hopefully i don't get called into work

the new school year is fast approaching and i'm not going to be a student for the first time since 1992

to celebrate we went to see ice age 3d, then went to sushiland, hit up kerry park, then cooked honey walnut shrimp yummmmm

it was a great day, and many many more to come

independence day

woke early... 10:30
korean bbq at the house a la daikon's parents, watched the mariners game, it was awesome to hear a loud cheer out of everyone when we took the lead
pitch and putt with jaja, matt, james and dan. did not have a very good shooting day but still fun none-the-less
baskin robbins to get ice cream from daikon
home to bbq some fourth of july food, bratwurst, hotdogs, crankin the music, chillin out with everyone (matt, bobbo, james, dan, jaja, maggie, howie, john bang)
basketball at greenlake, dan is a beast with a smoooooth shot
up to lynnhood to dan's parent's place, made our show a good one, maybe didn't have quite enough but it was some good pyro fun for a solid hour, shot many a mortar
toured the house which is almost exactly the layout of the one we want
back to the linden house to watch independence day

today was a good day
got out on the raft with matt, rachtha and maggie, floated and swam around the lake, got sunburned
ate at appethai with everyone plus jamella
took a sweet nap
played ball, we lost when we should've won, meh, still fun
went to tia's bday thing at kenmore lanes, met some cool people, bowled a 178
watched superbad with the roomies, even if 3 of the 5 decided to sleep before it was over

only bad part was feelings from the past like to rear their ugly heads at the oddest times, like watching superbad, shit still hurts man, shit still hurts

tend to get hurt
but i love playing basketball so much
another new injury this time, took a knee to knee on the proximal head of my left fibula
that was killer, i couldn't walk and still can't really put a lot of pressure on it
hopefully i can play ball tomorrow night
